- Sometimes most importantly, you get a permanent visual record of the site’s condition on the day we shoot. It may be used to settle disputes with suppliers, sub-contractors, neighbors, or even the building department. Our pictures create a record of your project that you could use as evidence in court, if you needed to defend yourself. They are provided by an unbiased third party and the dates are documented.

Packages
Specification: Send or provide us access to the project specification and we will provide a quote. If no specification is provided, select one of the packages below, call or email us, and we will develop a custom specification for your project.
The Deluxe Package includes five views: four images shot site corner to corner and one view looking north. Files will be delivered by our drop box or as requested by the customer.
The Premier Package consists of eight views of your choice or eight compass points. Image files will be delivered by our drop box or as requested by the customer.
Prints are available in all sizes.
